General Information

IEEE GLOBECOM 2002 will be held in Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., on November 17-21, 2002. Technical contributions (papers, tutorials, proposals of workshops, proposals of business application sessions) in all areas of communications and networking are invited.

General Symposium (all other subjects in communications and networks)
Paper submission should be written by English, no more than 5 pages according to the format of preparation of paper in length, and in accordance to the format available at 
http://www.globecom2002.com.tw/submissions

In addition to the technical content, please include a cover page with the following information: name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), contacting author's address, phone number, fax, and E-mail, and one symposium with which the paper is associated.

Tutorial/Special Session Submissions

 
Tutorial Submissions

All Globecom 2002 Tutorial Proposals should be submitted electronically ONLY by e-mail to tpc2002@santos.ee.ntu.edu.tw. Please use the template(http://www.globecom2002.com.tw/TutorialFormat.rtf) for preparing your tutorial proposal, and make sure that all requested information are included.

Submission Deadline: March 31, 2002 
Special Session Submissions(Workshops & Business Application Sessions)
You are invited to submit Workshops/Business Application Section (BAS) proposals for Globecom 2002. Please note that in Globecom 2002 a Workshop/BAS may be a part of a specific symposium, or a part of the General Symposium. Therefore the Workshop/BAS proposals should be submitted to respective symposium chairs. It can also be submitted to the General Symposium if it dose not fit to any of the symposium themes, or the relevant symposium chairs so suggest. Deadline for proposal submission is March. 31 noon, 2002. The current symposium themes and the respective chairs are listed below. The form below for proposals submitted to the General Symposium can also be used for proposals submitted to all other symposia, but a specific symposium may ask for further information.

Please use the enclosed template for preparing the proposal and make sure that all requested information are included.
